I definitely got some exercise today! Taylor and Jacob were invited to a birthday party for their friend Harry and it was at an inflatable bounce venue. Taylor is big enough to get into the jumpers by herself and to go up and down the slides, but Jacob still needs some help (not to mention protection!) And he is not happy to sit by and watch all the other kids bounce so I got to get in there with him today. I will admit, my favorite was the giant slide. Here's a picture of the three of us going down in with our friend Kinley. Thanks to Jessica for snapping this for me! I love the looks on all the kids faces as we went down this slide.
That's about the only picture I have of Jacob's face. This is what I got to see most of the day...
He's just so cute though! And I'm sure you're all wondering, "why he's dressed up for such a high energy birthday party?" The answer is that I don't like to change my kids out of the clothes they wore to church unless I really have to. I love seeing them in their cute little outfits and they outgrow them so fast. So, I let them wear whatever I put them in all day. It works for us!
And as a bonus for you, if you're still reading this far, a picture of the pretty sunset as we were driving home last night.

He just kept running from one thing to the next! |
